How can I pay?
Our registration system, RegOnline, will ask you to enter your card details. RegOnline accepts: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Your credit card statement will show payment made to The CMC.
When should I pay for the conference?
You will need to be ready to pay when you register online. Registration is complete only when payment is received in full.
How much does it cost to attend the conference?
Early Bird ticket
€50. Available until 1 September 2015.Full Price ticket
€75. Available up until the conference.
ECFA Members ticket

When is the last date I can register?
You are able to register for the conference up to and including the conference itself. However, the conference venue has limited capacity, so you are advised to book up as soon as possible.
Do you offer a group discount?

I need to talk to someone about billing or invoicing. Who do I direct my enquiry to?

First – check your email spam and junk mail folders. If it is still not found, please contact the Conference Office at cff@thechildrensmediaconference.com.
What’s included in the delegates pass?
- A delegate’s badge, which allows you to attend and participate in the conference.
- Access to all sessions on Thursday on a first come, first served basis.
- Access to the Wednesday Evening networking event and lunch and break-time refreshments on Thursday and Thursday Evening drinks.
- Your listing in the delegates list online and in the delegates list which is available at the conference.
- Printed programme which is available at the conference.
- Access to hotel information. Accommodation and travel have to be paid extra.
- Free wifi in the venue
How do I get my badge?
You can collect your badge from the Delegates’ Registration Desk in The Brussels City Theatre.
The opening times are: Thursday 24 September 9am–7pm
To collect your delegate badge you will need to bring a copy of your confirmation e-mail.
I’ve got a Press Pass. How do I get my badge?
You can collect your badge from the Delegates’ Registration Desk in The Brussels City Theatre. Please bring your confirmation email with you.
Do I need to collect my delegate badge before I attend a session?
Yes, delegate badges must be collected from the Registration Desk on arrival at the conference and entrance to all sessions requires a valid delegate badge.
Do I need to bring my badge to social events?
Yes, you are required to wear your delegate badge during the conference including all conference social events and at Thursday evening drinks. You don’t need a badge on Wednesday evening.
I registered for the conference, but now can’t attend. Can I send someone in my place?
Delegates can reassign their pass to another person at no extra cost.
Email cff@thechildrensmediaconference.com with your information and the person to whom you wish to reassign your pass.
If you’re sending an email, please include the following details: name and title of the attendee taking your pass; their job title, direct phone number; email address; company details (name, address, website and phone).
I registered for the conference, but now can’t attend. Can I get a refund?
Delegates are eligible for a free refund; cancellations must be made in writing to cff@thechildrensmediaconference.com.
Where can I put my luggage?
We have a cloakroom and luggage check conveniently situated in the theatre. The opening times are: Thursday 24 September 8.45am–7pm
When is the conference programme available?
The conference programme is published online from September and then is constantly updated. To keep up with our latest news sign up to our e-bulletin on the sidebar.
You will be given the printed programme when you collect your delegate badge.

An official delegate list will be available online. We also provide an official Delegate List when you get to the conference.

Will you share my details with any third parties?
Delegates who register for the CFF Conference will have their contact information shared with MEDIA and ECFA.
Otherwise, we will not provide your personal information to others unless you have given us your permission. With your permission we will only share the information with carefully chosen, reputable and trustworthy third parties.
When you register you have the option to choose your mailing preferences, including third party mailings.
If someone books for you, for instance your assistant, they have the option to choose mailing preferences on your behalf.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking Conditions
An automatic confirmation email will be sent on receipt of your booking. If you do not receive this, please check your Spam folder or Junk Mail. Registration is valid only with a completed registration form. Delegates are not considered registered until full payment is received. Please complete one form per person. All payments in Euros only.
Cancellation and Refunds
Delegates are eligible for a free refund; cancellations must be made in writing to cff@thechildrensmediaconference.com.
Transfers
Delegates can reassign their pass to another person at no extra cost.
Email cff@thechildrensmediaconference.com with your information and the person to whom you wish to reassign your pass.
Discounted Rate Eligibility
If an application for our discounted rates is found to be incorrect or misleading at the time of booking, delegates will be required to pay the Full Rate.
Payment Methods
The conference uses Pay Pal to process payment. The following payment methods are accepted by PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, echeck, and PayPal.
Your credit card statement will show payment made to The CMC. Alternative payment methods are available.
Waiver
The Children’s Film First Conference reserves the right to change the programme and venues and assumes no liability for the changes.
The Children’s Film First Conference is not able to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside its control and accepts no responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants, including delegates, sponsors, speakers and guests.
Acts outside of either the Registrant’s or the Children’s Film First Conference’s control include, but are not limited to, acts of terrorism or threats of any such acts, any strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action and a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness, and disruptions owing to volcanic activity.
When registering for the Children’s Film First Conference, the participants acknowledge and undertake to respect the regulations stipulated above.
